About pingpingo

pingpingo is a free, no-nonsense internet speed test. In about 20 seconds it measures your connection's download speed, upload speed, ping, and jitter — the four numbers that actually describe how your internet feels day to day. No app, no account, no clutter.

Our goal

Most speed tests are buried in ads and confusing menus. We wanted something clean, fast, and honest: open the page, tap a button, get real numbers. That is the whole idea behind pingpingo.

How it works

When you start a test, pingpingo exchanges data with servers on the global Cloudflare network. It opens several parallel connections to measure your true download and upload throughput, and sends a series of tiny requests to measure latency (ping) and its variation (jitter). All measurement happens live in your browser.

Your privacy

pingpingo does not require you to sign up and does not sell your data. Your test history is saved only in your own browser using local storage — it never leaves your device and we cannot see it. For details on cookies and analytics, please read our Privacy Policy.
